Der Grauburgunder Straden von Christoph Neumeister besticht mit eleganter Duftigkeit, in der Nase Birnenschale, feine Dörrobstnoten, dazu schöne exotische Anklänge: etwas Ananas, reife Mango, getrocknete Aprikosen und eine zarte Würze. Am Gaumen eine grazile Textur mit etwas Schmelz gutem Druck, leicht mürbe Mineralik, dazu wieder Würze, diesmal in Richtung Ingwer, dazu reifer Pfirsich und eine charmante Cremigkeit zum Abgang hin.
