Nicoles Favorit des Jahres 2023! An der Grenze zu Fleurie wächst dieser Gamay an über 50 Jahre alten Rebstöcken auf den dort typischen Granit- und Schieferböden im ebenfalls typischen Gobelet-Verfahren. Sobald gelesen dürfen die Trauben in ganzen Büscheln und im Beton durch die Gärung gehen, bevor der Wein für sechs Monate wiederum in große Holzfässer kommt und schließlich unfiltriert und mit minimalstem Schwefeleinsatz auf die Flasche gezogen wird.
