Coquette ein spritziger Wein voller Energie und Charme. Er strotzt vor Kirsche, Walderdbeere, Veilchen, spritzigen Zitrusfrüchten, einer schönen Würze und einer lebhaften Säure – ein wahrhaft fröhlicher Wein, der sofortige Befriedigung verspricht und nach dem Öffnen der Flasche nie lange hält.
Hergestellt aus einer gleichen Teilen Pinot Noir, Gewürztraminer und Riesling, die separat 10 bis 14 Tage lang als Ganztrauben mazeriert wurden. Anschließend wurden die drei Weine cuveetiert und für 8 Monate auf der Hefe im Fass gereift, bevor er in die Flasche abgefüllt wurde.
