Der Cabernet Franc Les Landes von Bobinet gedeiht auf eisenhaltigem Lehmböden und loiretypischer Silexboden. Die biologisch gepfelgten Reben sind über 55 Jahre alt und bringen sehr konzentrierte Beeren mit dementsprechend geringem Ertrag. Nach der manuellen Lese werden die Trauben entrappt und spontanvergoren. Insgesamt wird der Wein ganze 35 Tage im Kontakt mit der Maische belassen, wodurch eine maximale Extraktion an Aromen, Farbe und Gerbstoffen erzielt werden, die diesen Cabfranc so dicht und strukturiert machen. Nach der Mazeration wird der Wein sanft abgepresst und für über 18 Monate im Eichenholzfass ausgebaut, ehe er trinkbereit auf den Markt kommt.
