Die Trauben für den Weißburgunder Bellen stammen aus einer Parzelle in Kirchhofen mit Westausrichtung, 50 Jahre alte Reben und Böden aus verwittertem Kalkstein. Auch hier mit Ganztraubenpressung, Spontangärung im gebrauchten Barrique mit anschließendem Vollhefelager gearbeitet, bevor es noch für ein halbes Jahr mit der Feinhefe in den Stahltank geht.
