Seit längerer Zeit haben wir mit dem 2024er Jahrgang wieder den spannenden Spätburgunder vom Hofgut Falkenstein erhalten. Natürlicherweise durchläuft er keinen biologischen Säureabbau und so ergibt sich besonders im kühlen Jahr 2024 ein Cool-Climate-Pinot par excellence. Der Spätburgunder ist ein enorm straffer und feiner Rotwein, dem man die Frische der Saar in jedem Schluck anmerkt.
