ein Naturwein-Sauvignon aus der Stajerska Slovenija (Slowenische Steiermark: die Familie Gross hat dort seit längerem Weingärten) von terrassierten Steillagen mit schluffigen Lehm und Tonmergel (genannt Opok), nach langjährigen Versuchen mittlerweile ganz ohne Schwefelzugabe gefüllt. Intensive Nase nach Quittengelée, feine Kräuterwürze mit Kamille, etwas gedünsteter Fenchel, Boskop-Apfelschale. Am Gaumen eine leicht herbe und mineralische Struktur, dezente Hefe-Reduktion, Gartenkräuter, feuchtes Unterholz, ganz leichter Gerbstoff, animierende Säure im Abgang. Erinnert leicht an Sortenvertreter von der Loire a lá Didier Dagueneau! [GB Jg. 2020]
