Description

Das ist kein gewöhnlicher Riesling Sekt, sondern ein straffer und kerniger Vertreter mit immensem Zug und Finesse. Ausgebaut im gebrauchten Barrique bringt er schon in der Nase viel Würze und intensive Kräuteraromatik mit, das Holz ist dabei super integriert und gibt ihm einen sehr interessanten herben Touch. Am Gaumen vibrierend und straff, hat einerseits Fülle, dazu aber auch kernige Struktur, die Vielschichtigkeit ist genial und kommt bei Riesling Sekt nur selten so zum Vorschein, beeindruckender Stoff mit toller Komplexität.
