Hefetrüb mit einem glänzenden Schimmer, fast etwas Grapefruit und Bronze, eine geniale Farbe. Nase rein ins Glas und siehe da, der Marto Weiss zeigt sich frisch, offen und sehr duftig, war so nicht zu erwarten, feine Frucht, ein floraler Touch und dazu eine saftige Würze, unheimlich animierend. Die Cuvee besteht ähnlich wie im letzten Jahr aus Müller-Thurgau, Faber, Würzer, Bacchus, Riesling, Scheurebe und Silvaner - das ist aber egal, er macht einfach ungemein Spaß. Am Gaumen mit feinem Grip, dazu eine super saftige Säure, viel Speichelfluss und wieder diese animierende Frucht, ein Hauch Wildheit, Grapefruit passt von Grip und Säure ganz gut, läuft runter und der Gaumen verlangt nach mehr.
