Ein Orange-Wine aus Sauvignon Blanc und Chardonnay (ca. 20%), die handgelesenen Reben zu 2/3 entrappt und über 3 Wochen auf der Schale vergoren, anschließender Ausbau über 24 Monate auf der Hefe in gebrauchten Eichenfässern. Satte rotgoldene Farbe, in der Nase ein oxydativer Grundton, rauchige Noten, Tannennadeln, Eukalyptus, Kräuter, Karamell, nasser Stein, dazu etwas Apfel und Pfirsich. Am Gaumen eine kernige Textur mit reichlich Gerbstoff und knackiger Säure, gräbt sich auf der Zunge fest, Bratapfel mit Zitrone, eine Spur Zimtrinde, insgesamt ein sehr mächtiger Auftritt.
