Mittleres Grüngelb, in der Nase fast üppiger Duft nach reifer gelber Tropenfrucht, Ananas, Papaya und Lemongras, rauchige Nuancen und ein winziger Hauch Blütenhonig. Am Gaumen trotz aller Kraft sehr elegant, viel Fruchtextrakt, die saftige Säure und gibt ihm Frische und bringt eine schöne Kalkmineralik zum Vorschein, zarte Holzwürze im Abgang.
