Thomas' Favorit des Jahres! Ein Blanc de Noirs aus Cabernet Franc Trauben, seine helle hefetrübe Farbe wirkt sehr animierend und einladend. In der Nase etwas mostig, intensiv nach Hefezopf mit Heidelbeeren und Zitronenabrieb, auch florale Noten. Am Gaumen eine hefegeprägte Textur mit einer frechen Säure, ein Korb voll Zitrusfrüchte und weißen Blüten, nacht Lust auf mehr. Ein erfrischendes "Getränk" mit großem Spaßfaktor und toller Naturwein-Einsteiger! [GB 12/2022]
