Description

Ein deutscher Sekt, aus den in der Champagne klassischen Sorten Pinot Noir und Pinot Meunier, weiß gekeltert und im kleinen und großen Holzfass sowie im Stahltank ausgebaut. Griesels Blanc des Noirs beginnt ausgewogen und mit feiner Frucht, dazu kühle Noten wie Wacholder und Eukalyptus und nur ein ganz dezenter Hefetouch, etwas Speckbirne, sehr komplex und mit viel Spannung. Am Gaumen einnehmend und jetzt schon mit stimmiger und cremiger Perlage, dezent herbe Struktur und viel weiche Saftigkeit, komplexe Aromatik dabei aber trotzdem mit Charme und Trinkfluss.
