Eine rote Cuvée aus dem Jura mit den Sorten Pinot Noir, Trousseau, Poulsard und Mondeuse gekeltert. Die Beeren werden gerebelt und dann spontan vergoren, für 9 Monate im gebrauchten Holzfass ausgebaut. In der Nase intensiv fruchtig, rote Beeren, Kräuter, Schwarzwurzel, Kirsche, reif und fast ein wenig ktischig, da kommt die Intensität des Mondeuse durch. Am Gaumen eine sehr saftige Textur, erfrischende Säure, dezentes Tannin, leicht blättrig grüne Noten, auch eine zarte Mineralik schlägt durch, sehr solide und trinkanimierend, süffig herb im Abgang.
