Ein frischer knackiger Veltliner, in der Nase grüne Ringlotten, Apfelschale vom Granny Smith, eine Spur Limettenzeste. Am Gaumen eine herzhafte Textur mit guter Säure, ohne jeden Kitsch, geerdet und bodenständig wie der Winzer selbst, Apfel- und Rhabarberfrucht, bleibt erfrischend bis zum Schluß.
