Domaine Ciringa is a offshoot of the Tement Winery dedicated to grapes grown on the Slovenian side. Directly adjacent to the top Austrian vineyard site Zieregg, the Slovenian vineyard “Ciringa” (the Slovenian name for Zieregg), which is wholly owned by the Tement family. Characterized by sparse coral limestone soils with loose brown earth, it is an ideal terroir for expressive, mineral-driven Sauvignon Blancs with a purist’s seriousness.
