If you would like to reserve rare wines right now but have them delivered to you at a later date, you can now book our storage service with your order. This way your reservation is guaranteed and will be stored in ideal conditions in our temperature and humidity controlled warehouse until your desired shipping date.

- Please add storage service directly to your order before sending it - we may not be able to add it later (our shipping boys are quick) and it will incur additional costs.
- Payment for your order is due immediately, your order is only guaranteed after receipt of payment.
- The 30 day right to cancel for recipients within the European Union starts with the order date. Storage fees will not be refunded when cancelling after the beginning of the storage period.
- After the storage period your order will be shipped automatically , usually on Tuesdays. You will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking link by e-mail. Unfortunately we are not able to contact every customer individually before shipping, but you can specify a desired shipping date (i.e. not delivery date!) as a note in step 4 of the checkout process.
- Your order will be pre-packed and stored separately, therefore no changes in order contents are possible. If you would like to change the storage duration / shipping date or delivery address later please contact us by phone or e-mail with your order number. Additional storage fees may apply.
- For subscription wines the storage duration starts with the release date of the wine.
- If the number of bottles for storage booked do not fit the number of bottles ordered or some of them are subscription wines, we will adjust the storage duration automatically. Examples:
- You order 12 bottles with storage service for 6 bottles and 2 months --> we will store your order for 1 month before shipping it.
- You order 6 bottles from stock and 6 bottles in subscription that will be released in 2 months with storage service for 12 bottles and 3 months --> we will ship your order 2 months after the release date of the subscription wines.
- Storage fees are charged in addition to and not in lieu of shipping costs for your order.
- We reserve the right to adjust shipping prices in cases of extreme and unforeseen changes in shipping costs at the time of shipping. In this case we would contact you beforehand.
Delaying shipping or pickup of an order for up to 2 weeks is complimentary and does not require the booking of the storage service. Simply enter your desired shipping date in the comment field in step 4 of the checkout process. Not applicable as additional delay to orders with storage service or already in storage - see point 4 above.
