Das DT steht für Dégorgement Tardif, hierfür wurde der Blanc de Noirs zwei Jahre länger auf der Hefe belassen, insgesamt also 46 Monate. Das Ergebnis ist ein sehr ruhiger, balancierter und weiniger Sekt, der mit Finesse und Tiefe punkten kann.
Sensationeller Stoff, der im Vinum Magazin direkt zum Sekt des Jahres gekürt wurde, Chapeau an Nico Brandner und das Griesel Team.
