Description

A new service at Weinfurore due to popular demand! If you would like to reserve rare wines right now but have them delivered to you at a later date, you can now book our storage service with your order. This way your reservation is guaranteed and will be stored in ideal conditions in our temperature and humidity controlled warehouse until your desired shipping date.

Please note additional conditions apply when booking our storage service:

Payment for your order is due immediately, your order is only guaranteed after receipt of payment.
Your 30 day right to cancel starts with the beginning of the storage period (usually the order date). Later cancellations are not guaranteed and storage fees will not be refunded.
After the storage period your order will be shipped automatically , usually on Tuesdays. You will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking link by e-mail. Unfortunately we are not able to contact every customer individually before shipping, but you can specify a desired shipping date (i.e. not delivery date!) as a note in step 4 of the checkout process.
Your order will be pre-packed and stored separately, therefore no changes in order contents are possible. If you would like to change the storage duration / shipping date or delivery address later please contact us by phone or e-mail with your order number. Additional base and storage fees will apply.

For subscription wines the storage duration starts with the release date of the wine.
If the number of bottles for storage booked do not fit the number of bottles ordered or some of them are subscription wines, we will adjust the storage duration automatically. Example: you order 12 bottles with storage service for 6 bottles and 2 months --> we will store your order for 1 month before shipping it.
Storage fees are charged in addition to and not in lieu of shipping costs for your order.
We reserve the right to adjust shipping prices in cases of extreme and unforeseen changes in shipping costs at the time of shipping. In this case we would contact you beforehand.

This shipping service is for private customers in average household quantities and for storage period of up to 6 months. If you have questions regarding our service and for individual quotes for larger quantities and longer durations please contact us directly.

Delaying shipping or pickup of an order for up to 2 weeks is complimentary and does not require the booking of the storage service. Simply enter your desired shipping date in the comment field in step 4 of the checkout process. Not applicable as additional delay to orders with storage service or already in storage - see point 4 above.
