Der 2021 Rosé von Johannes Trapl ist eine Cuvée aus 55 % Zweigelt und 45 % Blaufränkisch, die aus biologisch und biodynamischen Anbau stammen. In der Nase zunächst verhalten, zarte Rote Frucht, etwas Rhabarber mit floralem Touch, Himbeere, Rote Johannisbeere mit feiner Würze. Am Gaumen mit frischer Säure, zartem Gerbstoff, leicht bitzliger Kohlensäure, wieder Rhabarber und Erdbeere, ein unkomplizierter Naturrosé für kleines Geld! [ND Jg. 2021]
