Der Seckinger Nero 2022 ist eine Cuvée aus Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Blaufränkisch und Frühburgunder. 80% durchlaufen eine Maceration Carbonique, ein Verfahren, das man eigentlich aus dem Beaujolais kennt und das dem Wein seinen besonders fruchtigen Charakter verleiht. Der Rest wird ganz normal auf den Schalen und einschließlich Rappen vergoren und das verpasst dem Nero neben seiner vordergründigen Beerigkeit auch eine leicht grüne Note sowie eine filigrane Tanninstruktur. Ein unkomplizierter Roter im Beaujolais Nouveau-Stil, die feine Kohlensäure erfrischt und die freche und leicht wilde Art macht ihn zu einem Wein der am besten gut gekühlt zu trinken ist.
