Description
Der Rosé Pure von Seckinger ist ein charaktervoller Rosé mit viel Frische und feiner Reduktion, kein weichgespültes Zuckerl, sondern ein straffer und durchaus fordernder Wein mit viel Komplexität. Es ist eine bunt gemischte Cuvée die gleichermaßen reife Frucht mitbringt wie kühle Kräuter, Erdbeere und Rhabarber, dazu Minze und Zitronenmelisse, die Reduktion gibt ihm Tiefe und macht ihn etwas fordernder als im Vorjahr. Am Gaumen mit saftiger Frucht und knackiger Säure, dazu kommt ein feines Gerbstoffgerüst, zitrisch, knackig und animierend, eine Rhabarber-Schorle für Erwachsene. [CB 06/2022]
