Was für eine Mischkultur?! Wohl ein Gemischter Satz - kurz auf der Maische vergoren, ein toller Einstieg ins Naturwein Geschehen. Leicht hefetrübes Goldgelb, in der Nase vielversprechend nach Quitte, gelber Apfel, etwas Birne und Galia-Melone, ein Hauch von Amalfi-Zitrone. Am Gaumen eine dichte Textur, die Säure spielt gut mit, dazu ein leichter Hefetouch, auch ganz leichter Gerbstoff, staubtrocken, bleibt sehr angenehm am Gaumen stehen. [GB Jg. 2021]
