Wolfgang Hingerl wollte für sein Mural einen Hauswein haben und da ich im letzten Jahr ein bissl bei Vino Gross zur Lese mitgearbeitet hatte, wusste ich das da etwas feines im Keller schlummert. Nach viel probieren hatten wir eine Cuvée zusammengestellt und sind mit der Kombination aus Welschriesling, Furmint und Sauvignon Blanc sehr zufrieden. Ein bisschen Maischestandzeit beim Welschriesling, langes Hefelager und dann ohne Filtration auf die Flasche gezogen.

Ganz besonders freut mich, das wir den Münchner Künstler Gabe für das Projekt begeistern konnten und wir eines seiner Kunstwerke für das Label verwenden durften! Mehr zum Künstler findet ihr auf seiner Instagramseite: @createdbygabe
