Der Einstiegs-Chardonnay von Nathanaël wird 'en cuve' ausgebaut, also zu 100% im Stahltank. Während der 'en fût' der etwas gesetztere, elegantere Wein ist, zeigt sich der Chardonnay en cuve mit jugendlichem Übermut, ätherischem Funk und kerniger Säure. In der Nase dominieren grüner Apfel, Salzzitrone, etwas Aprikose und Grapefruit. Am Gaumen wirkt er trotz der molligen Fülle des warmen Jahrgangs 2022 spritzig und animierend. Wie bei allen Weinen von Villet, hat auch der en cuve durchaus Gerbstoff, was den Wein schön griffig macht. Ein super, nicht zu komplizierter Apero-Wein aus dem Jura. [AS 05/2024]
