Description
Der Nosiola -eine alte autochthone Rebsorte im Trentino- von der Lage Fontanasanta wird bei Foradori länger auf der Maische, in Ton-Amphoren ausgebaut, ein Markenzeichen des familiengeführten Weinguts. Also ein weiteres Unikat von Emilio und Elisabetta - mit außergewöhnlicher Kraft und Struktur. In der Nase intensiv nach Birnenschale, Melone, Bienenwachs, Grüntee und frische Wiesenkräuter aus den Dolomiten. Am Gaumen eine sehr klare Textur, grünlich-frisch wie hochreife Hopfendolden, mit einer dezenten Phenolik, die Mineralik der Höhenlage kommt zum Ausdruck, alles sehr harmonisch verwoben und ein ausgezeichneter Speisenbegleiter. Profitiert erheblich von Belüften, großen Gläsern oder längerer Flaschenreife. [JK 11/21]
