Description
Definitiv kein Standard Zweigelt-Rosé, der junge Martin Nittnaus zeigt wie ungekünstelt, straff und frech Rosé sein kann. In der Nase Himbeermark, Grapefruitzeste, Rhabarberkompott und blättrige Anklänge mit dezenten Feuerstein-Noten. Am Gaumen eine ultratrockene Textur mit griffiger Säure, sehr erfrischend, dazu ein unaufdringlicher Gerbstoff, die zarte Reduktion macht ihn fordernd, zieht gut nach hinten, feine mineralische Nuancen im Nachhall. [GB Jg. 2021]
Der Winzer schreibt selbst dazu: "Die Feuerlegerin: Ohne Funken kein Feuer. Den legen wir mit Zorra, um das Dickicht an herkömmlichen Rosés abzufackeln und neue Pfade zu säen. Zwischen weiß und rot brennt es".
