Seinen Stratos weiß baut der junge Thomas Straka als Gemischten Satz aus: Welschriesling, Weißburgunder, Riesling und Gelber Muskateller ergeben eine zupackende Cuvée. In der Nase erst duftig mit einem floralen Hauch vom Muskateller, dann kräftiger mit saurem Apfel, Limette und Zitronenzeste, dazu leicht ätherische Noten. Im Mund mit extrem straffer, kühler Textur, spannender Würze, die Säure hat Biss, nimmt den Gaumen in Beschlag und lässt lange nicht los. Auch hier dominieren Zitrusfrüchte, begleitet von frischen Kräutern, die fein ausklingen. Für Säure-Lover! [AS 08/2023]
