Der Rosé Spring Break ist ein klassischer Zillinger, spontanvergoren, leichtfüßig und leicht herb, mit feiner Frucht, dabei aber immer auch animierend. In der Nase mit zugänglicher Frucht, feine Erdbeere, ein Hauch Rhabarber, ein Touch roter Apfel und Mandarine, dazu eine feine Hefereduktion (=Feuerstein) mit ganz leichtem Stinkerl. Am Gaumen eine eher mürbe Textur, die frische Säure verleiht ihm aber Schwung und bringt die Frucht gut ins Spiel, wieder Rhabarber, dazu etwas oxydierte Apfelschale und Grapefruitsaft, guter Druck im Finish.
