Gestandener Naturwein-Rosé aus 90% Blaufränkisch und 10% Cabernet Sauvignon, unfiltriert und ungeschwefelt. In der Nase rosa Grapefruit und Rhabarber, eine Nuance Himbeerjoghurt, deutliche Hefenoten und etwas Zitronenmelisse, Am Gaumen eine sehr mürbe Textur, getragene Fruchtigkeit, leichte Fruchtsüße, Hefezopf, dezent herb-säuerlich, die Säure entwickelt sich erst mit Luft und Zeit, bleibt angenehm und lang auf der Zunge.
