Der Pinot Noir "Champs Cadet" von der Domaine la Soeur Cadette stammt von kalksteinreichen Böden im nördlichen Burgund im Bereich der Appellation Vezelay. In der Nase die pure Eleganz, eingelegte rote und schwarze Johannisbeeren, Zwetschgenmus, Waldboden, sehr feine Röstaromatik. Am Gaumen eine subtile und zierliche Textur, sehr saftig - sehr fruchtig - erinnert etwas an einen Gamay, zarte Extraktsüße mit einem Hauch Erdbeerkonfit, eher verhalten im Tannin und auch mit der Säure, entwickelt sich mit Luft entwickelt und wird sehr aromatisch und ausdrucksstark. Ein sanfter Trinkgenuss! [GB 11/2022]
