Auch bei Martin Gojer ist der Lagrein tiefschwarz und undurchsichtig, in der Nase kraftvoll und dicht, sofort sehr einnehmend Phenolik, neben reifer Brombeere und etwas nassem Leder kommen kühle Noten durch, Minze und ein erdiger Touch, wird mit Luft immer kühler und feiner, Tannennadeln und Zitronenmelisse, sehr komplex. Am Gaumen zupackend mit herzhaftem Tannin, dazu eine lebendige Säure und eine eher magere Struktur, gibt trotzdem mächtig Gas, dunkle Schokolade, dazu Lorbeerblätter und etwas Fenchel, ganz zarte bittere Noten wie ein Radicchio. Ein toller Lagrein, der bei aller Kraft auch die Finesse und Komplexität nicht vermissen lässt! [GB 05/2019]
