Description
Spontan auf den Schalen vergoren, danach Ausbau in einem alten 600 Liter Fass und ohne zusätzlichen Schwefel abgefüllt. In der Nase etwas süße Birne, leichte Jodnoten und etwas medizinal, Orangenzeste, Käuterbonbons, unglaublich komplex. Am Gaumen sehr zupackend, viel Würze und eine schlanke Mineralik, sehr dichte Struktur, druckvoll, eher wenig Primärfrucht, dann kommt ein gutes Tanningerüst durch, hinten raus mürb und ausladend bleibt er cremig-herb schlicht ewig am Gaumen. Ein außergewöhnlicher Wein! [CB Jg. 2015]
