Description

Querdenker Uwe Schiefer interpretiert Weißwein auf seine eigene Art: Eine Cuvée aus 80% Welschriesling und je 10% Weißburgunder und Grüner Veltliner spontan im Holzfass vergoren, 10 Monate auf der Vollhefe, ungefiltert abgefüllt. Helles Grüngelb, in der Nase etwas kandierte Orangen- und Zitronenschale, rauchig-mineralischer Touch, leicht phenolische Noten und noch hefegeprägt. Am Gaumen mit einer straffen Struktur, einer präzisen Säure, Anklänge von Melone und Ananas, etwas weißer Pfeffer, leichte Tanninstrenge, anders - dabei aber sehr elegant. Ein fordernder Wein!
