Wenn man den Vino Rosso Leggero von Pranzegg so sieht, weiß man nicht so recht, was auf einen zukommt. Etwas zu hell für einen Rotwein, zu dunkel für einen Rosé und dann noch mit Kronkorken verschlossen. Was dann aus der Flasche kommt, ist gerade im Sommer aber ein absoluter Traum: viel Frucht mit frischer Himbeere und roter Kirsche, dazu aber auch ein Hauch Rauchigkeit von der Maische, überhaupt nicht kitschig, sondern knackig, frisch und mit leichtem Grip fließt die Cuvée aus 90% Vernatsch und 10% Lagrein die Kehle hinab. Ganz leichte Kohlensäure ist auch drin, saftig und leichtfüßig sehnt man sich schnell nach dem nächsten Schluck. Dass der Vino rosso leggero am besten gekühlt getrunken wird versteht sich bei seinem Namen vermutlich von selbst, sei der Vollständigkeit halber aber an dieser Stelle nochmal abschließend erwähnt.
