Der Jurtschtisch Rosé stammt vom Zweigelt aus Ganztraubenpressung. Helles Altrosa, in der Nase dezent duftig nach Rhabarber und Erdbeeren, dazu etwas Malz bzw. Haferflocken und leicht kräutrige Nuancen. Am Gaumen intensive Frucht und eine frische Säure, sehr lebendige Struktur, leichte Würze, wieder Erdbeere dazu gelbe Johannisbeeren und Grapefruit, etwas Rhabarber, leicht erdig-mineralisch, ein sehr feingliedriger und harmonischer Rosé.
