Die Materia Prima der griechischen Philosophie stand Pate für diesen "Urstoff" - dessen handselektierte Traminer und Grüner Veltliner Trauben wurden spontan im Betonei auf der Maische vergoren. In einem hellen Kupferton fließt der Urstoff ins Glas, in der Nase beschert der rote Traminer eine intensive Geruchsvielfalt, die durch die Maischegärung nochmal eine ganz andere Komplexität erreicht: Tannennadeln, kandierte Orangen, Hagebutte, Akazie, Bratapfel und leicht ätherische bis harzige Noten - ein tolles Buket! Am Gaumen eine eher herbe Textur, knochentrocken, mit einer rauchigen, warmen Würze, die Säure dezent, guter Grip vom Gerbstoff. Ein elementarer Wein im Urzustand, in sich ruhend und doch bewegend!
