Der Karambolage ist in jedem Jahr ein komplett anderer Wein und mit dem 2022er Jahrgang hat Jonas eine Cuvée aus 1/3 Elbling, 1/3 Chardonnay sowie 1/3 Pinot Gris kreiert. Letzterer wird 10 Tage auf der Maische ausgebaut und anschließend mit dem direkt gepressten Elbling sowie Chardonnay verschnitten. Intensiv schimmerndes Orange im Glas mit wild-würziger, ätherischer Nase sowie karger Kräuter- und Zitrusaromatik. Geschmacklich findet man Pomelo, Limette, sauren grünen Apfel und Zitronenverbene wieder, der auf der Schale vergorene Grauburgunder bringt leicht sämigen Gerbstoff und Grip mit ein. Sehr saftig, belebend, fordernd durch die straffe Säure und mit schöner Balance aus Frucht und Mineralik. [AS 02/2024]
