Knackiger Lemberger, überwiegend mit Rappen spontan vergoren, ungefiltert und ohne Schwefelzugabe gefüllt (=Naturwein). Die hellere Farbe deutet schon auf eine sehr filigrane Stilistik hin. In der Nase floral und würzig betont: Veilchen, Roibuschtee, Kastanie, aber auch Zwetschgenröster, minimaler Hauch an Zimtrinde und anderen orientalischen Gewürzen. Am Gaumen eine schlanke Textur mit zartem Extrakt, feinem Tannin aber einer lebendigen Säure, geschmeidig, wieder sehr feminin und floral im Gesamteindruck. Erinnert ein bisschen an Pinot, in jedem Fall eine interessante Lemberger-Interpretation! [GB, Jg. 2019]
