Description
Der Dope von Claus Preisinger ist ein anspruchsvoller Rosé, zum Großteil aus Blaufränkisch gekeltert, teilweise in der Amphore ausgebaut und mit ordentlich Struktur ausgestattet. Am Gaumen durchaus fordernd, mit feinem Tannin und griffiger Säure, dazu dezente Frucht, etwas Rhabarber, Sauerkirsche und eine leichte Reduktion, sehr drahtig und lebendig. Spannende Kombination als anspruchsvoller Spaß-Rosé! [CB 06/2020]
