Description
Ein frischer Chardonnay aus dem Stahltank, in der Nase ein schnörkelloser Beginn: grüner Apfel (schale), auch Stachelbeeren und grüne Gartenkräuter mit einem Hauch Estragon oder Maggikraut. Am Gaumen eine straffe Textur, für Chardonnay sehr lebhaft in der Säure, bleibt dadurch frisch und läuft feinziseliert runter, wieder etwas kräutrig im Nachgeschmack. [GB Jg. 2019]
