eine Weißwein-Cuvée aus 40% Grüner Veltliner, 40% Müller Thurgau und 20% Welschriesling mit ungerebelten Trauben auf der Maische vergoren und danach im großen neutralen Holzfass ausgebaut. Naturtrübe gefüllt, in der Nase (noch) etwas Hefe und Mostanklänge, herbe Birne mit floralen Einschlag. Am Gaumen eine sehr fruchtige Textur, kräftiger Gerbstoff, klasse Phenolik, mittlere Säure, bleibt mostig-fruchtig und sehr angenehm am Gaumen. Ein guter Anfang für Naturwein-Einsteiger! [GB 10/2019]
