kein abgefahrener Rosé - sondern ein großer Wein! Vom Zweigelt mit nur kurzer Maischestandzeit gemacht, danach aber über 2 Jahr im großen neutralen Holzfass auf der Hefe ausgebaut. Ganz helles Rosa mit goldenem Schimmer, in der Nase ohne jeden Kitsch, sehr geerdet: Bratapfel mit kräutriger Würze, dazu etwas Sauerkirschen und nasses Eichenholz, auch Tannennadeln, Brotkruste und rauchiger Kalk. Am Gaumen eine sehr erwachsene Erscheinung, mit einer geschmeidigen Textur, herben Gerbstoff und perfekter Säure, nur leicht primärfruchtig nach Walderdbeeren, zarter Zitrustouch, vielschichtig & anspruchsvoll, bleibt sehr angenehm und nachhaltig auf der Zunge.
