Holger Koch hat schon früh die qualitativen Vorteile französischer Pinot Klons erkannt und auf Selection Massale gesetzt. Sein Pinot Noir*** kommt aus kühleren höhergelegenen Parzellen. In der Nase Himbeergellee, Walderdbeeren, zarter Vanilleton, feuchter Waldboden, Moos, leicht ätherische Nuancen, etwas Schokolade und Röstaromen. Am Gaumen eine sehr feine und elegante Textur, lebendige Säure bei mittlerem Tannin, tolle Beerenfrucht, zart herb und guter Druck im Abgang. [Jg. 2017 GB 03/2020]
