Was für eine Mischkultur?! Wohl ein Gemischter Satz - zart auf der Maische vergoren, ein sanfter Einstieg in das Natruwein Lager. Leicht hefetrübes Goldgelb, in der Nase vielversprechend nach Birne, gelber Apfel, etwas Quitte und Honigmelone. Am Gaumen eine schmeichelnd weiche Textur, nur wenig Säure, dazu ein leichter Hefetouch, auch ganz leichter Gerbstoff, bleibt äußerst angenehm am Gaumen stehen, toll. [GB Jg. 2019]
