Unter dem Titel „Entdeckungen aus Langenlois„ werden am Weingut Jurtschitsch jedes Jahr besondere Projekt-Weine vinifiziert und in kleinen Mengen abgefüllt. Belle Naturelle - ein Grüner Veltliner im Adam und Eva Kostüm. Ungeschminkt, ungeschönt, unfiltriert - ganze Trauben im neutralen Holzfass für 2 Wochen auf der Maische vergoren. Helles Goldgelb, verspielte Nase nach Quitte, Birne, Aprikose, Rhabarber und ein Hauch Kamille. Am Gaumen eine zarte Phenolstruktur, kreidige Mineralik, dazwischen blitzt ein schöner Schmelz auf, filigrane Säure, sehr traubig - mostig-herb - und auch süffig. [GB 08/2022]
