Der beste Grauburgunder aus dem Hause Salwey ist der Grauburgunder vom Henkenberg mit vulkanischen Untergrund im großen teilweise neuen Fässern ausgebaut. In der Nase Bratapfel, Dörrobst, Birne, etwas Exotik, minimale Holzwürze. Am Gaumen sehr geradlinige schlanke Stilistik, feine Fruchtnoten nach Apfelschalen, straffe Säure in Richtung grüner Apfel, im Abgang stoffig und sehr stimmig mit gutem Trinkfluss. [GB 11/2016]
