Description
Legendäre italienische Rotweinikone aus Foradori's Hauptsorte Teroldego! Spontan mit einem Anteil ganzer Trauben vergoren und 15 Monate im kleinen Holzfass ausgebaut. Intensive Nase nach dunklen Beeren: schwarze Johannisbeeren, Brombeeren, Blaubeeren, aber auch Schwarzkirsche, etwas Bleistift und Veilchen, zarte Pimentwürze. Am Gaumen eine samtige und dichte Textur, weich und tintig, viel Frucht, viel Röstaromatik, Lakritze und dunkle Schokolade, daneben aber ein feiner Pfiff an Minze und Kräuterwürze, gut balanciert und druckvoll im Abgang.
