Die Rotweine im Jura dienen meist dem Einstieg in einen geselligen Abend und sollen trinkfreude und Leichtigkeit vermitteln, auch beim Pinot Noir. Daher wird nicht zu spät gelesen, die Trauben werden gerebelt und die Maischgärung wird etwas kürzer gehalten. Der anschließende Ausbau erfolgt auch bei den roten ausschließlich in gebrauchten Fässern, diesem Fall lediglich für 9 Monate. In der Nase intensiv fruchtig, dunkle Beeren, Kräuter, Schwarzkirsche, Brotrinde und ein Anflug von Feuerstein und Tabak, konzetriert, saftig und zugänglich. Am Gaumen eine sehr saftige Textur, erfrischende Säure, dezentes Tannin, leicht blättrig grüne Noten, kraftvoll und weich, sehr solide und trinkanimierend, süffig herb im Abgang. [CB 10/2023]
