Description
Der Poulsard ist der leichtere der Jura Rotweinsorten, die Farbe ist hell und beerig und der 2022er Poulsard von Buronfosse beginnt kräutrig und kühl, mit Eukalyptus und Sesam, man darf sich aber nicht täuschen lassen, denn der Weine hat gute Power, das merkt man beim ersten Schluck, stoffig und konzentriert mit einnehmender Fülle, das Tannin ist dafür sehr dezent und schwingt eher im Hintergrund mit, würzig und reif, wenig Frucht, dafür etwas herbales und etwas Grüner Tee zum Abgang hin.
